Jewelry collections are typically produced for a single year or until the next collection is launched. When a new collection is introduced, production on the previous lines will come to an end. It is advisable to make a purchase while items from the current collection are still available.

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship orders to post office boxes.
PROCESSING TIME
Because Mary van der Aa does shows across the country each year, shipping and handling times may vary. Normal handling time is between 1-2 days. Kindly note that we do not ship on Sundays or holidays. If you require expedited shipping for an item, we request you to send us an email to inquire about the actual shipping times. Additionally, it is important to be aware that the handling times may be affected one week prior to, during, and up to one week after each show. RETURNS
Return Policy for Jewelry Pieces
Jewelry pieces may be returned for exchange (when available), credit, or full refund within 7 days of receiving your shipment, excluding custom and special orders.
To initiate a return, simply fill out the Return Form. After submitting the form, you will be contacted with further instructions, including where to ship the items.
Please note that items can only be returned once return confirmation is made.
It is important to note that shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are paid by the client.
For a return to be processed successfully, all goods must be in perfect condition, unworn, with the original packaging intact, and include the purchaser's information or order number.
Claims regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 12 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Rings that have been sized, custom orders, altered pieces are non-returnable.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 3 days upon receiving the returned merchandise and will be issued using the original payment method. It's important to note that shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error made by maryvanderaa.com. If you received a gift, you will be given a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Please keep in mind that all custom orders, altered and/or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations can be made on current in-stock merchandise before dispatch. Once an item is shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
For custom or special order pieces, you must contact us within 24 hours to make a change. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests. However, if the piece has already begun physical production, it may not be possible to cancel or modify the order.
