Return Policy for Jewelry Pieces

• Jewelry pieces may be returned for exchange (when available), credit, or full refund within 7 days of receiving your shipment, excluding custom and special orders.

• To initiate a return, simply fill out the Return Form. After submitting the form, you will be contacted with further instructions, including where to ship the items.

• Please note that items can only be returned once return confirmation is made.

• It is important to note that shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are paid by the client.

• For a return to be processed successfully, all goods must be in perfect condition, unworn, with the original packaging intact, and include the purchaser's information or order number.

• Claims regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 12 hours of receipt of merchandise.

• Rings that have been sized, custom orders, altered pieces are non-returnable.
